We want you to be happy with Body Equation. This policy explains how refunds work.
$1 trial
You can cancel the trial at any time from Settings before it ends to avoid being charged the standard subscription price. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable, as the service is fully available during the trial period.
Monthly subscription
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid month. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days on a monthly plan, unless required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Annual subscription
If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have made only minimal use of the paid features, contact support@bodyequation.app and we will review the request in good faith. Outside of this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request
Email support@bodyequation.app from the address on your account with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
